This is a rather long and irksome diatribe with only two actors; maybe that is why. An English lady lives in a decaying apartment with a never-present husband. Enter a rather crude Irish bill collector whom she convinces to trash his job and become her au pair. She is also going to turn him into a gentleman. Shades of Bernard Shaw. A tempestuous relationship at best, it supposedly represents the ever-present strife between Britain and Ireland. You may skip this one unless you need it for your pedantic dissertation.
