This audio book I just finished works fine in my computer, but skips in my car (which has a very sensitive reader and will sometimes skip due to a bump in the road). Postable or unpostable? The disc surface looks ok. I did resurface all the discs after buying the set used.

As long as it plays fine in one player, it is postable. Some players are better than others, as you have seen.
