I will be going on vacation and would like receive my wish listed books if they become available. So, I will put my account on vacation hold but, set my wishlist to autorequest. The question is...if I have multiple versions of a book on my wish list and one becomes available, will the others go on hold? Or do I have the potential to receive more than one version of the same book? I would like to avoid that if I can. Thanks, Susan |

Most of the time the others will go on hold, so changes are slim that you will be offered two different versions of the same book. Having said that, I recently had a book offered to me and the other two versions were not automatically put on hold, even though the other versions were linked when I clicked through to the other version page for this book. I'm thinking it was just a glitch as it has never happened before or since. |

There are some books with other editions that aren't linked so aren't automatically put on hold when a different version of that book is offered to you. Having said that, the odds of that happening are very very small and in the unlikely event that did happen, you could always relist the 2nd copy and it would be snatched up, being a wishlist book. I always have all my wish listed books on automatic request and I have never ever gotten duplicates by having several versions WL at the same time. |

Thanks. I did figure the worst case is I get two of a popular book to post later. |
