In the past few weeks, I've been surprised by 2 books that came automatically, even tho' everything on my Wish List is "Automatic-no". Is this happening to anyone else??? |

Connie, I haven't heard about this happening. Perhaps someone has looked at your wish list and just decided to mail you their copy of the book. Do they appear on your Transaction Archive? |

Contact PBS and see if maybe there is a system glitch. That could be why. |

Are you having to remove them from your WL or are they removed as you get them through the system? I put all my WL books on auto request a while back when I put my account on vacation hold for a few days. I thought I'd turned the auto request off on all of them when my shelf was taken off vacation hold, but every now and then I still find one on auto request. I'm not sure if I didn't ever actually take it off or if somehow it's getting it turned back on. |

Have you been offered them recently and then had them put back on your WL due to lost books or denied RCs? I noticed when PBS puts books back on my WL for me, they are automatically put to Auto-On. |

No, everything looks perfectly normal, but the first thing (only thing) I read from Paperback Swap is "xxxx book is on its way". Eeek. no warning, no chance to double check if I've forgotten to delete duplicates, or double check to see if I still want it (some of my wishlisted books have been on the wishlist for well over a year). Yet, I NEVER sign up for autorequest. Strange. |
