I had a book on auto request and then recieved an email that said that since I didn't respond I don't get the book.  What gives, is auto request turned off at someoneelses whim???   I had beensecond in line for this book and am really disapopinted about this.  now  I have to get back on the list.

Are you out of credits? It goes to 48 hr hold if you have an auto requested book posted but are out of credits.

Otherwise, if you think the system made a mistake somehow, you could contact PBS and see if you could go back in your spot. They will also be able to explain what happened, even if they don't return you to your spot.
