I was just looking at the books I've mailed so far:

Time from date requested to date delivered

Average time: 5 days

Shortest: 3 days (to NJ from MN)

Longest: 8 days

I think I'm doing pretty good so far.

Yes, you can usually figure on at least a week and it's always a pleasant surprise when you receive books in a few days, which sometimes happens.

I find most books arrive with in a week but sometimes they do take those 26 days. So don't freak out if they take that long.  I had a book take 3 wks to go 1st class from MD to CT which is only about a 9hr drive.  I've also had books go from MD to Greece in just a few days.  You just never know.
