I am not sure why I put off getting this book (I'm not really that interested in pugs, I guess?) and thought it'd be just another "single girl in NYC" chick lit book (of which I already amass tons of). No way! It is just adorable. It's making my heart swell. I don't really know if there IS a Pug Hill in Central Park, but there totally should be! I'm about halfway through it and just can't wait to get back to it. It really has never happened that I want to rave about a book like this. I love reading and read voraciously, but just kind of keep it to myself. For whatever reason, the way the girl at the center of this book loves seeing pugs (she doesn't even own one!), it's just wonderful. |

I have a fat little 15 year old pug named Lucy (I rescued her from being put to sleep cause she's "old"), she's awesome! Sounds like a book I would enjoy. :) |

I have a Pug that we rescued from a breeder that I love to death. This was an aweome book. Not really like anything I have read before. |

I bought a copy of this for myself and a copy for my sister who loves pugs for Christmas after reading this post. I had never heard of the book or author before, but it sounds really cute and I think we'll both love it! |
