I finished the conversion, but now my list is all wonky when I try to sort it by date added.  I like that sort, it helps me keep track of what I've read this year, and when.  But now there are no more dates on the BIR?  So when I sort by date, tehre's no rhyme or reason to how it sorts.

Other than this, I LOVE the new changes!

Jeanne, that was my default sort, too, and I hope it comes back. 

OMG, i just realized that all our notes are gone too!  Oh man, those were so helpful, as a way to remember if I owned the book or got it from teh library, and whether I kept it, re-posted, or donated it.  :-(

I can' t even add a book to my BIR list. . . and all of my 'done' tags are gone!  : ( 

I'm going to have to start from scratch once they get the bugs worked out.

I have joined Shelfari to keep track of what I have read, when I read it and whether I intend to read it.  I wish more PBS members would join.

Wow when I looked for comments on this matter, I was surprised that more people haven't replied.  I love the BIR (old way) and have been keeping track of what books I read for the last year.  Now it's no longer sorting in the date order and I had to clean out over 800 books which hadn't were not on my BIR a week ago.

I really hate it when I find a cool feature such as BIR, and then they change everything so that it messes up past information.  But hey I still love PBS and can think of many, many more positive things than negative....such as lots of books :)

I apparently way underutilize this site. I rarely update my BIR page.

Thank goodness I have a back up on Goodreads so at least they are mostly in order on there.  Hopefully the data of the dates from here can be restored as I also really enjoyed having them in date order.
