On October 11, I set up a swap with another member. I mailed her books 2 days later. I pm'd her on 10/21 to find our if she had mailed my books. I also wanted to ask if she had received hers. She has not replied back. I mailed out 6 packages on 10/13, and everyone else has marked received. I then sent a message to the help center on 10/23 to ask what I should do next. I have not received a reply.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next?  Should I just post negative feedback for the other boxer?

Thank you. I appreciate it.

The Help Center says this:

What if I never receive my Box-O-Books? If you have agreed to a Box-O-books swap and the other Boxer's books don't arrive (or if the swap is not marked mailed by a week after it was accepted), you should contact the other Boxer using the Personal Message button on the swap, to ask if the Box was mailed (or when it might be mailed). If the other Boxer does not respond to your Personal Message within a week, you should contact us and we will look into the situation.

I think you posted the answer to your own question:

If the other Boxer does not respond to your Personal Message within a week, you should contact us and we will look into the situation.

I have contacted the help center, and have not received a reply. I received an email saying I would receive assistance in 24-48 hours, and still have not received a reply.

Desiree,

I had an almost identical situation happen and R&R contacted the other party and waited for a response before contacting me.  They contacted me a week or 2 later.  I imagine they are already working on it and will contact you once they have some kind of answer for you.

I am not a boxer, but I would think that one should expect the same time frame for mailing since it's media mail also, right?  If a media mail package was mailed on Oct. 13, that is not even 2 weeks yet.  I would think you should allow more time for delivery.  Now of course the no response to your PM's is upsetting, but 2 weeks for media mail is not unreasonable, unless you didn't send them media mail?  Perhaps that is why R&R have not yet responded.  A reasonable amount of time has not yet passed.

Hi Desiree,

I would give the other member another couple of  days to respond to your PM.  If you still don't hear from him/her, then I would contact R&R.  Use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page, and then click on "send feedback."

If you sent the books via Media Mail, they may not have arrived yet.  Like Julie said, it hasn't even been two weeks since they were shipped.  You need to allow more time for the other member to receive the books.

If you sent a message to the Help Center via Live Help, Tour Guides don't have access to your account, or the other member's account, to try and resolve the problem.   Only R&R can do that.

Hope that helps.

Thank you so much everyone's advice. I will give it more time for the package to arrive. And wait for R&R to contact me. I appreciate it.
