I have a BOB swap between me and another person. Under my name it shows it as mailed and under their name it shows it as completed... but I never marked the box as received and it still leaves me the option to mark the box and leave feedback. Is this an error or am I missing something?

no I havent, they used PBS DC but it has not arrived yet. The PBS DC only shows it being accepted never arriving here. The "mark box received" button is still available so I dont understand why it shows completed on the pending page.

If they received your books already then it might say completed on their side even though you haven't received yours yet.  Technically they're done unless you have a problem wiht the books they sent.

Yes, it means they received your books. It always says "completed" under the person'a name that marked the books received.

Here is my problem. Over a month ago I did a swap. They received my books( I know because I put tracking on them). They have never

marked them received and have never marked theirs mailed. I haven't gotten any response from PM. I'm guessing, for whatever reason, they

are unable to get online.  Is there any way to get this transaction off of my pending BOB?
