THis is a good series to read.
Lucy Stone is at it again. Small town with alot of murders. Good mystery series.
The ending kept me guessing.
Set in Tinker Cove, Maine, Lucy Stone, mom and part-time sleuth, investigate a crime at her children's school. Good dialogue and good mystery.
The Lucy Stone Mysteries are great. This is an easy series to read.
Tinker Cove's own amateur sleuth Lucy Stone discovers that school days can be murder.
Great to curl up with by the fire on a winter's night. A fast read and has a real girl-next-door feel.
mommy turned detective series. entertaining. recommend series.
4th book in Lucy Stone Mystery series
It's back to school time in the peaceful maine town of Tinker's Cove, and for mother of four, Lucy Stone it isn't a moment to soon. But trouble at the local elementary school soon has the sometime crime solver juggling family, job, and night classes with anoither mystery to solve. It starts with a bang.
This book in the series is a tad different than the first three. There is alot going on, and the first chapter or two really starts the book out with action. Lucy is having a mid-life crisis, so she has a bit more difficulty focusing on the crime she is solving, and appears not to even try to enlist much help from her friends. She is living right on the edge, will she step over it?
Love this installment in the Lucy Stone Series.
This series is a fun read, but I didn't care for the lunatic pastor character. Beliefs held by most conservative Christians were quoted by this disgusting man, thus conveying the idea that people who agree with these beliefs are looney too.
BACK TO SCHOOL MURDER
"Fans of Jessica Fletcher and her hometown of Cabot Cove will find the same type of pleasure in Leslie Meier's. Back to School Murder."
-The Midwest Book Review
Lucy Stone discovers that going back to school can be murder. As if juggling family, job and a night class isn't enough, Lucy now has another mystery to solve, one that begins with a bang! Fun mystery that I really enjoyed. After reading this I can
t wait to get to the next mystery by L. Meier.
Another great Lucy Stone mystery! I never would have guessed who the killer was!!
sometimes very intense and always enjoyable
A good cozy. #3 in the series.
