This is a great book. The photos clearly show how to do the exercises and the added step-by-step written instructions for each exercise makes it perfect for anyone to do each move correctly. I suffered for years with major back problems and took prescription painkillers on a daily basis. Since incorporating these stretches and building into a regular back exercise routine I no longer need the painkillers. The stretches are gentle so you are not causing more injuries and the author provides options for beginners, intermediate and advanced. It is also easy to do at home with equipment you more than likely already have but there is a section for going to the gym as well. This is a well thought out, easy to use, wonderful book for anyone suffering with back problems or those just wanting to strengthen their core to avoid back problems. I highly recommend!
