1 package - Turkey Sausage (I use Healthy Choice brand Smoked or Kielbasa)
Preheat oven to 375ْ.
Cut an Acorn squashes in half crosswise. (cut off very bottom of squash so they don't fall over in dish.) Scoop out the seeds & pulp. Dice the sausage & fill the cavity of the squash. Dot with tsp butter on each half. Sprinkle Brown sugar & cinnamon on top. Bake in the covered dish for 1 hour.
