Before I read this book I was confident I was a savvy consumer/shopper. Now I recognize my real status is...an impulse buyer! The author points out that deviation from my shopping list means I've lost sight of my intent and have been 'suckered' into buying items I can use or at a good price. Now I'm more conscious of my shopping experience and in better control of my buying habits.
