I just posted Ticket to Ride by Danny Kane, a reporter who traveled with the Beatles on their first American tour.  The book includes a CD with interview clips of the Beatles. 

If you order this book, I'll throw in an unpostable Beatles book:  Beatles in their own Words This 1978 book is packed full of Beatles photos and quotes from band members about their songs, films, drugs, and politics.  The book is worn and has a couple of water damaged pages (no staining).
