A fun book to read while I myself was on bed rest. It keeps you anxious to see how things turn out with the baby. A few minor sub-plots that are also interesting. I would not have wasted my time with this book if I'd had anything better to do, but for the mommy-to-be with lots of time on her hands, it is a fun book.
This story centers around a young attorney that is forced into bed rest while pregnant with her first child. The bed rest gives her time to consider motherhood,her marriage, her relationships with her mom and sisters and her place in the world as she becomes a mother. Many insights into the needs of someone on bed rest and professionals examining their impending parenthood.
