I was rather disappointed as I want a true heartfelt book about her journey, not about what she is shoving in her mouth for every next meal. The FAQ section, was wonderful. The recipes in the back are great, but I should of picked better, probably would of worked for me if I had already been two or more months post op from Gastric Bypass. Not realistic enough for me, I wanted tears, suffering, emotional turmoil, and all about exercise, motivation, etc.

This cookbook helps people cook after they have had Gastric ByPass Surgery. This is not a Hardcover it is a paperback.
Fairly good info on weight loss surgery. Not very usefull recipes though.
