A fine set of special recipes - would not be listing this book if I didn't already have another fine Minnesotan cookbook. Just to give you a taste here are 4 recipes: Chili with Beef, Pork and Chicken, Swedish Rye Raisin Bread, Cream of Wild Rice Soup, Orange Curry Salad Dressing.
