They hunt by smell and noise.  Either something smelly (but safe) that the dog does not like in the hole such as red pepper.  Or low bass music.  Moles are not considered bad for gardens as they are carnivores.  Unlike gophers.

Blood meal is a common repellant.  This should be handled carefully as there is a risk of mad cow from blood meal.  (Warnings in England but the US Gov says it's safe.  Ha.)  But the dogs might like that.  I'd go for pepper or garlic.  If one is killed (mole, not dog), be sure to bury it in the tunnels.

I think you can flood them out by putting a water hose in one or more of thier holes.  Just be careful around your foundation.

Yes you can.  But the tunnels can go on for miles.  They usually have about 2 acres in their territory.  Several layers deep, criss crossing back and forth.  So here in California, land of little water, we are recommended to not do so.  Car exhaust connected to a hose is often mentioned, but that does damage to the soil.

I imagine that dog piss would work.  Smelly and predator.  Maybe even coffee grounds.  Or hair.  Either human or dogs.

My best friend swears by putting cat litter down the holes.  She started a year ago on a quarter acre lot and has no moles, voles or gophers left.  We have a cat but didn't put out a cat box until we learned this trick.  So far so good.  It is working.  Our neighbors will be unhappy as they move over there, but we are getting rid of the little pests.
Edited to say that it needs to be used cat litter!
