This is a wonderful book--best plain swiss cheese/gruyere fondue. Also creamy ham rolls. Fried cheese. Out of print, grab this if you can get it, no matter what the condition, you won't regret it, I lOVE mine, have lovingly used it for over 25 years.

This cookbook has the best chocolate fondue recipe. Also great as a ice cream topping.
