This is not a compilation of his newspaper columns, as many of his books are; it is an actual novel. It's funny at times, suspenseful at times, fast moving and interesting. However, this is definitely an adult novel--there is liberal use of expletives and some sexual situations.

This is laugh out loud fun reading! The plot is well developed and written with lots of humor and mystery. Great reading!!!

Great book for fans of the Carl Hiaassen type novel. I found myself laughing often. Story has a wacky cast of characters, funny story line, and was perfect reading for my lazy beach vacation. Hope he will have other novels besides compilations of columns, etc...
Not what I expected.
Wasn't very familiar with Dave Barry before reading this book. Found it funny but not fabulous.
