While an older book now, most information is very helpful and still quite accurate. A good read for anyone who "ended up with" a cesarean birth and hadn't planned it. It is pretty even and unbiased about repeat cesareans as well as VBAC options (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean). Not as good as Diane Korte's VBAC companion (which is out of print now also -- as of 10/07 anyway), but a good starting place and the MD author lends credibility to his discussion.
