I recently had a book go lost in the mail - it was from OH. I really don't think the chick actually sent it since she never answered any of the PMs that I sent her because I wanted to order more from her shelf. **shrugs** oh well.
But now I have a SECOND book from OH coming to me that is going to be marked as lost in the mail in the next couple of days if it doesn't show up. WTH? |

Yes, Ohio is a black hole. I will testify to that because I live there. We did have some really bad weather a week ago that caused a lot of problems, so maybe just give it a few extra days :) |

And here I was thinking it was Michigan that had the black hole - I have 2 different multiple book orders going lost in the next few days coming from different places but both through Allen Park, MI to get to me. What are the odds? |

Hmmmm. You might have something there, Melani. One of my recent requests went lost in the mail - and it was coming from OH, too. And it was actually scanned in OH, so I know it at least got to the sender's post office. |

I'm in Ohio too. I ordered a book that came from Mansfield, Ohio, about 3 hours away. I PMed the sender and he sent me the tracking number, I checked and it was in PA. I finally got the book 2 days before it was to "go lost." I guess Ohio's mail routing system is just as messed up as its children services are...but that is a differnt subject. |
