Donahue, a U.S. Army Special Forces Medic, shares a true story of one day's battle when he and seven other Green Berets, along with their company of Cambodian volunteers, were pinned down in the steaming jungle by Viet-Cong guerrillas and Main Force units. Here is a Vietnam story which needs to be told.

Donahue's books are my favorite first hand accounts of the war in Vietnam. Blackjack-34 does not disappoint.
