Slow, draggy, bordered on boring every page

Tired of the amnesia plots, tired of the diaries with the 'memories' plots

more of a mean girls meets the bad parents having affairs etc.

I'm not sure why others hated this book so much. I thought it was okay. The characters were for the most part unlikable and the pace lagged in places (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but there were enough twists and chapter-ending revelations to make this a 2-day read.

Don't expect another Sam Capra book here, as this is more of a domestic thriller.

Fans of Harlan Coben and David Rosenfelt's standalone thrillers will enjoy this one.

Convoluted and ridiculous plot, totally unlikeable characters. Don't bother.
