Blissfully Yours finds Gwen Sandler ready for a change... or so her friends tell her. Gwen, a 5th grade teacher in Tumbleweed, AZ, is headed to Bliss Village to be a cook at a Ski Resort there. Never mind that she hates the cold and doesn't ski... must less that she owns a reptilian pet who loves to wander. Gwen's doubts totally vanish when she meets resort owner, Mitch Windsor... that is until Mitch's Granny shows up and announces she will be cooking. Gwen is quickly shuffled to Coffee House duty... on top of the mountain... did I mention she has an extreme fear of heights and horrible vertigo? All this makes for some more than interesting and hilarious situations. There is a bit of intrigue along the way as someone is leaking business secrets to another resort owner and doing their best to sabotage Mitch's new endeavor. While cute, the who is very predictable and you will find yourself wanting to go into the pages and say "Hello! Are you blind!?" But despite that bit of predictability, this really is a cute and fun read!

This is book 2 in the Bliss Village series. This series does not build on itself, so each book can be read separately. Book 1 is A Match Made in Bliss.

have read this book twice and always want to read it again and again. this story is about a girl who decides to leave her comfort zone which had been esablished beacuse that is what she believe dher paretns wanted and decides to take a job as a chef at a ski resort. overcomes her vertigo and falls inlove with the co -owner..a good read that will make you feel all toasty inside
