Fromt he author of Shattered Glass this tale is of Paul Stoddard. paul goes to Europe to learn of antigue glassmaking. While there in the midst of the rise of Nazism he falls in love with a seductive, secretive woman. Her familyis full of secrets...they are the Austras and they are vampires. Times are changing and Paul decides to join the vampires and their fight against the Reich. Sensitive and realistic, vampires that are believable. This kept me on the edge of my seat.
