An individual writing in our local paper recommended this author, and I do enjoy a good western. The first paragraph was a "grabber", and I settled in for a read. By the middle of the second page, there had been at least four uses of profanity, three of them invoking God's name in vain. Can't speak for after that, as I stopped reading. So, for those who might share my objection to this kind of language, consider yourself forewarned. I've tossed the book.

Great story, well written by a master storyteller. T.V.Olsen is one
of the best western writers, and I find his books to be engaging, hard
to put down, laying the book aside would be like leaving the movie
half way through.
