The story telling is divine and substantive. It is a captivating look at a time period centered around America's cultural evolution and brings some balance to some controversial subjects and the realization that our culture is a bi-product of a collective consciousness of its people. I found myself reading it very slowly to take in every word - the characters are rich and the reading is satisfying and thought provoking.
