I have noticed recently that many people are not leaving feedback after a swap is completed. Has anyone else had that problem? I mail all of my books within a day of accepting the offer (or on Monday if an offer is accepted over a weekend) and I wrap very carefully so I'm pretty sure it's not me! I always leave feedback as soon as I receive my box, I don't wait to see what the other person says. So sometimes I don't even realize that there was no feedback left for me. Today, just because I had some time, I reviewed my completed swaps and realized that the last four people I swapped with did not leave any feedback; they just marked the box as received. So, I sent out PM's asking if there was a problem with the books, since I didn't receive any feedback. Is it me or are other people encountering this problem too? |

Hi Ligia, I just joined the BOB a couple of weeks ago, so I may not be a good person to ask, but so far I've been okay with the feedback. I do have about 4 bob's still waiting to arrive, so I'll see how the feedback goes when I receive them. As far a me, I always try and leave feedback as soon as I receive a box. It's only right, how else is someone going to know if something is wrong or not. I also let them know by PM if there is a problem before I leave feedback , so that we might be able to resolve the problem before hand.

I'm a Bobber and so far I've received feedback on all BOBs. I'd PM the person you swapped with and ask them if there was a problem. Sometimes people don't realize you can leave feedback with BOBs. |

Definitely ask. I know I'm guilty of this, and most of the time it's because I write the feedback and click "recieved" at the same time. This does not register the feedback. I've caught it a few times, but I'm sure there are times I haven't caught. There have been one or two times that I've been pondering what to leave as feedback, and whether I want to ask a question and I've simply forgotten about it. |
