We make these for gifts for friends and family for christmas. 1 can condensed milk, 2 cubes butter or margarine, 2 pounds powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1-14 ounce coconut, 1 cup chopped nuts Mix everything. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Roll into small balls. Meanwhile melt 18 ounce of chocolate chips and 1/2 bar of parowax over low heat. I use a class bowl over a pot of hot water. Dip balls into chocolate with toothpick. Set aside to dry on waxed paper. These taste better after they have set for 4 to 5 days, as it gives the coconut centers time to mellow. |

They are delicious, my little grandsons love to help dip them, we usually have to go back and fill in the holes they make with a little extra coating, but it is worth it to see their happy little faces. |
