We make these for gifts for friends and family for christmas.

1 can condensed milk,  2 cubes butter or margarine, 2 pounds powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1-14 ounce coconut, 1 cup chopped nuts

Mix everything.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Roll into small balls.

Meanwhile melt 18 ounce of chocolate chips and 1/2 bar of parowax over low heat.  I use a class bowl over a pot of hot water.  Dip balls into chocolate with toothpick.  Set aside to dry on waxed paper.

These taste better after they have set for 4 to 5 days, as it gives the coconut centers time to mellow.

They are delicious, my little grandsons love to help dip them, we usually have to go  back and fill in the holes they make with a little extra coating, but it is worth it to see their happy little faces.
