There is a 3 year gap in between my reading of book 3 in this series and book 4. 3 YEARS? Jikes! I cant explain my gap, but this series didnt make it to the top of my To be read soon list for some reason.

I liked book 4 enough to jump right into book 5 within a day after finishing this one.

In this installment Odelia is asked to help prove that DR Eddy is not the Blonde Bomber, cause many clues point to him, as many of the victims knew him or are somehow connected to him.

Odelia's Husband decides to be her partner on the investigation cause he knows he get her to stop so he pitches in. They make a great team.

The mysteries in this series are always multi layered, which makes the books so enjoyable to read. Near the end as in most mysteries there is grave peril, and of course a daring rescue, as we must continue to the next book.

Odelia has a big heart, which causes her to get involved with these mysteries, and she is very smart, which helps her solve them. She seems happy with her life, and her size which makes her so likable.

In the fourth book of this series, Odelia is happily married and her new husband Greg, in spirit of âIf you can't beat them, join themâ joins in her investigation of a serial killer. This leads to the growth of Odelia and Greg's family and Odelia missing a lot of work at the law firm where she's a paralegal. I liked that her time away was addressed realistically as something she needed to make up.

This Installation of the series included a huge cast of characters, living and dead, one or two who surprised me in a good way. I continue to enjoy this series and look forward to reading book 5 soon.
