I just received a book in the mail and I marked it received without checking it too closely. I opened the book to read it and the back cover basically fell off! Too late to mark it RWAP but I was hoping someone here would RAOK me some book binding tape so I can fix it? It is a WL paperback and I would really like to swap it again (most likely as an unpostable even with the tape so as not to disappoint someone.)

Just use 2 inch clear packing tape since the book is already unpostable using clear tape will be fine.  Only difference between book tape and packing tape is the acid has been taken out of it.
Only time you use different (cloth tape) is really when you have to rebuild the spine and totally rebind the book.
