Hello All, I ordered a book about a month and a half ago. It never came, so PBS credited it back to me as 'lost in the mail'. But, the book has finally arrived! What do I do now? Thanks! |

Hi Heather, You can mark the book received from your Transaction Archive. Go to the top of this page, find "My Account" and use the drop down menu to get to "Transaction Archive". Once there, find the book in question, check to make certain the book you received today is from the same member as listed in your TA and you can mark it received. Take a look at the postage to see if it was mailed on time. ETA: Be careful when you mark books received in your Transaction Archive, as the action cannot be undone.

As Hunter said, You can find the Transaction Archive on both your pull down My Account menu and on your My Account main page. You have to be VERY CAREFUL in the Transaction Archive. A credit will be taken from your account if the book in the Transaction Archive is marked as received. Please be very careful there. This is where we go for lost books, but always be careful and double check the sender. Mistakes here cannot be undone. |

From the Help Center: I received a book that was 'lost in the mail'When a 'lost' book arrives, you must mark it received from your Transaction Archive. To do so:
Lost books must be marked received when/if they arrive, to keep your account in good standing. If the book has a very late postmark on it and you have re-requested it and you will end up with (or have already ended up with) 2 copies, seeMy requested book arrived with a late postmark! for information.
