The days between Christmas and New Years Eve are the dead days, when spirits roam and magic shifts restlessly just beneath the surface of our lives. A lot can happen in the dead days.

This book was such a quick read and just an excellent all around story!!!! I loved it and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys thriller type novels!

As a book goes this one was easy to get into the story but very hard to stay there. The author seemed to wander abit just like his characters. They all lacked depth and the feeling of being real. For a young reader I think this would be a good book to engage the reader and have them working out the what, when, why and how parts of the story to keep them going deeper into the storytelling of the book.

Very creative read. The dead days, the days between Christmaas and New Years. The days when those of another world must clean up their acts or if you have made a pact with the devil, try to beat him in his own game before your time is up. Great read for for adults and even teens.

This book received excellent reviews by Jr and Sr High English Language Arts teachers in a course on Adolescent Literature and would appeal to Jr High students.
