I received a book with wrong ISBN & format. Marked it as rwap wrong book & sent the message to the sender letting them know. But when I go to my transition archive it just shows the book with a red x next to it like a canceled transaction. Not with a red check & the crack thru it. Is this normal for a rwap wrong format or did I do something wrong?

You double checked and confirmed it is the Transaction with that sender?

the red X usually means a cancelled transaction so something else may be going on......maybe the sender forgot to mark it mailed so system "cancelled" it or maybe, as Melanie suggested, the first sender didn't fulfill the request and the request went to a 2nd person.

Yes, I've double checked & it's all from 1 transaction & 1 sender. That's what has me confused... it's a completed transaction from the original sender but for whatever reason looks like a canceled transaction instead of rwap as it was marked. I can even see the 'was this problem resolved' tab.

I'd probably ask TPTB about it then.  Either they can explain it, or it's a glitch that they need to know about to fix it.

When you put your cursor over the red "x" what does it say? When I put my cursor over any red x's it says either canceled by the sender or requester.
