I mailed a couple books today using quick credit, and they are still sitting in my mailbox, but one of the recipient marked one of them received already. Should I be concerned about this? Clearly the person did not receive the book! |

PM them and let them know, in case they are new or marked the wrong book received, or got a second copy, or space aliens have broken into their PBS account or ... something :-) Cheers, Catt |

Yes, PM them right away. I'm sure they accidently marked it received. What could have happened is that they ordered a different copy of the book over a month ago. If that book didn't arrive before a month was over, then it was automatically declared lost by the PBS system and was re-ordered from the next person in line (you). Then the first copy of the book they ordered shows up in the mail, but instead of going into their Transaction Archive and marking the correct book received, the receiver marks YOUR copy of the book received. That's happened to me before ... several times. |

The PBS postage email subject lines sometimes make it look as though the book was marked received. But it could still be on your traveling book list. Might want to double-check that before sending a PM. Unless the book is showing in your transaction archive as received. |

This is what I tried to do the other day and the PBS system corrected me before I finalized the record. I'm new and it can get confusing if you aren't paying attention. |

The member may also be traveling away from home and marking books received as a courtesy if they can't check if they've actually received them in a timely manner. |
