I sent a book first class to a member within my own state,  When it wasn't marked "received" I emailed the member who acknowledged that it has arrived and the member was happy with the book.  But the member still has not marked the book "received."   It it isn't marked "received" in the next few days, can I do anything else?  i could use the credit since it seems that my wishlist is, for some reason, becoming active.

I would PM them again and tell them you are going to report them to PBS if they don't mark the book received.  Give them a date to respond.  Be as polite as possible. THen report it to PBS.   Keep the PMs.  PBS can see those and that the person acknowledged receiving the book.

Are they a new member and maybe don't quite understand the process?  Otherwise I think I'd forward their PM acknowleding receipt of the book to TPTB.

Just in case they are new and don't realize that they have to go to their main account page and mark the book mailed, you might phrase your PM in that tone with that type of suggestion, then if they don't mark it within 5 days, contact PBS using the Feedback button on the Contact Us page, under the Company column at the bottom of the pages.
