I ordered and received a World Mythology book that was apparently used for a class at one time and has lots of writing and highlighting. I read through PBS guidelines and saw that it is required that I agree to this condition via PM but I was never informed of the writing. I PM'd the sender and told them I wanted my credit back and copy and pasted the guidelines. Is there anything else I should do? I wanted to click that it was received but with a problem but ti doesn't fit any of the reasons listed. (Not damaged in shipping, not wrong book, and it did meet my conditions)

You need to mark it Received With a Problem - Damaged by Sender. (Meaning, it was damaged before it was mailed, presumably by the sender.)

That wording *is* ambiguous - it has given me pause at times too.
