I want to buy my 13 year old niece books for Christmas. She's not that into reading. I'm gently trying to nudge her onto the right path of the written word :). I have no idea what is popular with that age group - I bought her The Hunger Games a few years ago because she loved the movies. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!!!

My sister is about that age and she loves books by April Henry. I know she said girl, stolen and the girl who was suppse to die were great. One of my personal favorites for that age is the bar code tattoo series. It was the series that finally got me to love reading during middle school. Good luck! Hope these helped and you find something that she loves!
