Help!!!  I hope someone can tell me what I'm supposed to do in this situation.  I sent a request to the librarian on Friday but have not received a response.

A book was requested from me which I mailed using PBS delivery confirmation.  It was subsequently returned to me marked "Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward, Return to Sender, Postage Due $2.66."  I sent the member a PM but have received no response.  Her bookshelf is on a hold status.

Should I list the book again?  Wait to hear?  Or what?  I'm out the original postage and the return postage and don't quite know where to go from here.  Any help would be much appreciated!

This is the Help Doc which covers the situation. Is the book still on one of your mailing tabs, or has it been declared lost in the mail?

If you need to contact PBS, use the "Contact Us" link in the bottom right hand side of the page.

Thanks, Sara.  The book is still on my "Books You've Sent" mailing tab but will likely be declared lost in the mail by PBS in a few days.  I appreciate your help.

Yuppers, Sara's link has specific instructin for this situation.

It is the requestor's responsibility to make sure their address is correct at all times.  There may be some delivery fall-out from the storm (houses that no longer exist), but your situation is a bit soon to be connected.

Wait the recommended time and forward the info to PBS admin as recommended.  The response will not be immediate, they will e-mail the sender and wait for a reply also.  If the other member does not reply and clear up the situation, just repost the book and move on.
