I mailed a book out and it just came back saying  "no longer at this address - return to sender"  I don't see it on my transaction archive.   How do I find out where to resend it

Thanks

Thats a stumper. There is a variety of ways to view your transaction archive. Is it set to "View All"

If the book was not marked received (which it wasn't if it came back to you) and the mailing period is not over yet, then the book is not in your Transaction Archive yet. Look under the "Books I've Mailed" tab on your home page.

You can PM the requestor and see what's up with the address.

If the requestor made the mistake, (meaning you have to use new postage to send the book), then I would make sure to ask for another credit first to compensate you for the extra expense you are going to. You are also perfectly OK to just keep the book and not re-mail it out if they don't give you another credit.

If the address is correct and the Post Office made a mistake, then take the book to the Post Office and explain they need to resend it because the address is actually OK and they made some kind of mistake. You shouldn't need to buy postage again in this case.
