A book I sent out was about to time out as "lost in the mail," so I PM'd the member to ask her if she'd received it. No answer. A couple days later, the request timed out, and I PM'd her again. She then replied to both of my messages that yes, she'd received it. It's still showing on my transaction archive as lost in the mail. How do I get my credit?? Teresa |

Requestor needs to go to their transaction archive where she can and should mark it received and you'll receive your credit. |

The receiver needs to go to their Transaction Archive and mark the book as received. They can find the Transaction Archive on both the pull down My Account menu and on the My Account main page. If they have still not done this, you can contact PBS and include a copy of the PM stating that they received the book. (Not Live Help, PBS.) Not all members know about the Transaction Archive. But one of the messages from PBS when the book was about to go lost should have included directions. That said, all of us need to be very careful in the transaction archive. Anytime we mark a book there, a credit is deducted. Mistakes cannot be undone. Always double check the sender. Lost books are moved there. But orders that were cancelled due to a lack of response are also there. Last Edited on: 8/16/14 1:27 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

When she marks it received from the Transaction Archive, will it show as received on my TA? Right now it shows with a question mark and says Lost In The Mail. Thanks for the help! |

Yes. It will show as the standard green check mark once it is marked as received. |
