I have a book of my daughters that is on half a dozen peoples wishlist. It is one of those "quiz" or opinion type books. She did answer one set of questions with checkmarks. Other than that, the book is almost in pristine condition. Is there a way to still post it? It is such minimal "damage", that I know I would be willing to accept it in a trade, so I figure there may be one other person out there that would want it. Any help is appreciated! amy144 |

Hi Amy, your book is postable under the textbook/workbook exception (below). You can post the book, but you cannot mail the book without the requesters acceptable of the condition. From the Help Center: writing or highlighting or underlining on the text pages is NOT OKAY
If the first person does not want the book, you will need to cancel the request. You will then need to wait until they get another copy before reposting, or ask them to set up a Requester Condition for the writing so that you can deny it and offer the book to the next person in line. A nother option is to offer the book in the Book Bazaar. There you can explain the damage and people who are interested can contact you. Last Edited on: 6/25/10 10:50 AM ET - Total times edited: 2 |

There is a "Post your UNPOSTABLE WISHLIST BOOKS here...." thread in the Bazaar where you can post it. Some people still ask for 1 credit for their damanged WL books, others offer them as a freebie with an order off their shelf; it's up to you. You can also start your own thread if you wish. |
