I mail 5 books about a month ago, and I haven't received my credits nor is the books label listed on my "account" page. I spent over 0 fifteen dollars mailing the books and haven't received any credits

Grant,

It seems strange that none of the books have been marked received by now. If the books are not in in the 'Books I've Mailed' tab, in my Account, it means that they were marked lost by the system (which doesn't mean they haven't been received, just that the persons didn't mark them received before the specified date.)

Are these all different transactions or did you send the 5 books to the same person? I'm assuming the former because if you would have sent all the books to one person, it wouldn't have cost $15 to mail.

Please go to your Transaction Archive and find the transactions. You should see the name of the person you mailed to plus the PM button. Please contact them and ask them (politely) if they received the books and if they did, to please mark them received. Some people forget to do this, so as long as the PM is a gentle reminder, nobody minds. If you don't hear back from the requestor within a week of sending a PM asking about the book, you should contact the PBS Team to look into the situation.

I'd make sure too that you marked them mailed.

I was thinking the same thing. Did you mark the books mailed? If they aren't marked mailed, the the receiver can't mark them received.

If they aren't marked mailed, the the receiver can't mark them received.

This can be done by going into the Transaction Archive and selecting the Details on the canceled book.  From there it is possible to update a book that wasn't marked mailed to received.

However...

If the member received another copy of the book (rollover, requested from another person), they are not obligated to mark the one not marked mailed as received.

It does sound like the most likely answer to the mystery, that you forgot to mark all five books mailed. It's not likely that none of the five arrived, or that five members forgot to mark them received. It's not the most pleasant answer to hear, though, since it means that you're not likely to get all your credits (and maybe you'll get none). It's a shame.

Curious about an update Grant, did any of the above suggestions help you with a resolution?

Sounds like maybe all 5 book were sent together in one swap.
