New Postal regulations state that all books ove 13 ounces have to be mailed at the post office ...not a drop box! I am not near a post office so I think I'll remove the heavy ones.

This is only for packages bearing postage stamps. If you use PBS postage, PayPal Postage, Stamps.com, or any other electronic postage (postage that can be used to trace the buyer via payment method), you can still drop in any drop box.
