Hi - is anyone else experiencing this?  I have two new books that I am trying to post - I go to post multiple isbn, list the isbn numbers, and hit post these books and it sends me back to the screen with the windows to list my isbns.  I also tried listing them one at a time, but it took me to a screen where I needed to fill in all the info (as if it did not have an isbn).  These are brand new books from Scholastic - don't know if that makes any difference.  Any advice would be appreciated!

If there are 2 ISBNs on these books, a 13 digit one and a 10 digit one, you may be able to try the other one. It sounds like they are not listed yet in the PBS system and  you will need to follow the directions about Posting them without an ISBN. If the ISBN field doesnt turn green after you enter the last number the system isnt recognizing the numbers.

Its possible the ISBNs are recognized, but too new and the database needs the info. I would say try posting one at a time to see if it makes a difference. You can enter the info, or try waiting to see if the system catches them in an an update in a few days.

Yes, that has happened to me a few times.  I always doublecheck the list of books it found against my stack of books I have posted.  If it "skipped" one, you will need to post it individually and it will bring up a screen for you to input some book details and then it will be on your shelf.
