I  have read all of Karen Marie Moning's books, but particularly like and re-read Dark Highlander and Immortal Highlander.

Are there any authors/titles that have simliar writing styles and theme?

Fiesty female in somewhat of a kidnapping situation who end up falling in love and helping the hero.

Possibly they try to escape first before they decide to stay and help hero.

They don't have to have paranormal or Scottish themes like Moning's books.

Brenda Joyce's Masters of Time series reminded me of KMM's books.

Are Brenda Joyce's Masters Of Time books like her historical romance books?  I read The Prize and could barely make through to the end.  Then I started The Masquarade and just could not finish it.  I read a lot of historical romance (most very "lite" such as Nicole Jordan, Julia London, etc). but these two were just too hysterical for me to deal with.  I like Paranormal and have been tempted to try her Masters of Time series so if you've read both I'd be interested to know.
