If you are looking for a book that isn't wishlisted but would like to get it from one of your friends that post in the forums, this is the thread! I have found that people in the forums reply and ship faster than some of the other members too. :D

Deleted my list for now since I'm credit broke. :(  I'll repost it again soon, I'm sure. lol

I am assuming we shouldn't be asking for wishlist books here? I mean, thats what the other thread is for, right? Otherwise, we probably are all looking for the same books. Hee, hee.

If thats the case, then right now I am looking for someone with several holiday themed cozy mysteries on their shelf, who wouldn't mind a small deal. Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas... but they must be very cozy as I spook easily. :-)  Really, I am a total scaredy cat.

Yup! No wishlisted book requests. Not only is it against the rules to ask for them but it seems to irritate the other members for some reason. lol

Hi, Collette.  Thanks from me also for starting this thread!  BYW, The Thin Woman is one of my all-time favorite books.

I'm looking for Tim Cockey, Brian Wiprud or Tim Dorsey books - any of them since I don't have any right now

I have two of  Brian Wiprud:  Stuffed and Pipsqueak.

Sharon, I guess you know that Tim Cockey also writes under the name, Richard Hawke. You might want to put the two Hawke books, Speak of the Devil and Cold Day in Hell, on your wishlist, too. Ah, but I really miss Cockey's Hitchcock Sewell series...wish he would bring back Hitch and Aunt Billie.

I got Silent Knight in hardback from the PBS site today as only one was available and it was just listed. Still would LOVE to get these from one of our members on the Mystery Forum, and mind you, I am looking for a 1 book 1 credit deal- not trying to bargain or anything. Just prefer to get these from one of you.

    Julia Spencer-Fleming anyone?

I want the paperback version of the second book Fountain Filled with Blood (and the rest for that matter) of her series of Fergusson and Van Alstyne.  There are two copies in the system and I'd prefer to order one from someone here!  :)

All the others are wish-listed but in case someone has one of the others, too, I'll list them all:

    Fountain Filled with Blood

Out of the Deep I Cry

    To Darkness and to Death

    All Mortal Flesh

    Sharon

    edited for clarification

    Thanks guys!!

I just finished all five of Julie Smith's Rebecca Schwartz mysteries.  I got them in a 5 for 2 deal, which I'd be happy to pass along to the first person who PMs me.  Otherwise I'll post them.

I just finished Thomas Zigal's Into Thin Air and now I'm looking for the others of the series.  They are:

    Hardrock Stiff (1996)

    Pariah (1999)

I think at least the first one is available but I'd love to order from someone here.

I'm looking for the Ellie haskell series by  Dorothy Cannell. I'm almost finished with the 1st book 'The Thin Woman' and thought I'd check and see if anyone here has the next ones in the series before ordering FIFO. I'm on a night shift schedule so may be later in the day before I get back online. thanks!

OK, I haven't heard anything about the Mrs. Jeffries, so lets try another series... Anyone have some Patricia Wentworth on their shelf? I've only read one of her Miss Silver mysteries- "The Ivory Dagger". Want to read some more! I would rather get a deal on these as most of the additions are older pb's. Unpostables fine, too!

Thanks to posts here, I have "Through the Wall", "The Clock Strikes Twelve", "Miss Silver Comes to Stay" and "Poison in the Pen" on the way!

I'd like to try the Alex Kava series some time.  If someone has the first few I'd love to get them from a forum buddy.
