An excellent read for All generations. You will learn what has influenced the "tradional" generation, the "boomers" the Gen Xers, and the Millenials. We are currently in a time when our coworkers can actually span all these generations. Understanding the values and cultural influences of people at work and family members has been very helpful to me at work and within my family.
